Paperless & Contactless
At Making You Smile,
We eliminated all the paperwork to reduce contact and the exchange of papers and other things. Through the use of technology, our patients will be able to fill all paperwork on their own phone, get all our instructions and forms on our website, receive emails for referrals and other documents, and use contactless card readers.
What to Expect Before Your Visit
Pre-appointment screening:
You will receive a link to answer a few questions and we will call to answer any questions you may have, also to remind you to wear a face cover.
We Have 3 Rules
Guidelines for entering the office:
Wear a face cover fully covering the mouth and nose, use hand sanitizer when you enter the office, and please not enter if you are sick, we will treat you virtually until you recover.
When You Arrive
After you enter the office:
we will give you an eye shield to wear over your face cover, we will check your temperature with a contactless thermometer, and we will check your blood oxygen with an oximeter.
